All sales on mxbolts.us are final. Due to the nature of our precision-engineered titanium hardware, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders once they have been placed and fulfilled. We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, specifications, and sizing before completing their purchase.
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Each item is inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure it meets our standards.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
While all sales are final, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

- Photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect
